Description: Tied surfaces without rotational degrees of freedom would exhibit nonphysical deformation in previous versions of Abaqus/Standard if surfaces that are offset from each other undergo rotation during a simulation. Surface-based tie constraints have been enhanced to account for rotations of such offsets if geometric nonlinearity is considered.
