2.2 Improved default settings for fonts and symbols

Benefits: The default font and symbol sizes for various viewport and model entities are increased to improve readability. The default fonts used in X–Y plots and viewport annotations are changed to use the Verdana font consistently.

Description: The following improvements for default settings are implemented:

In the Visualization module the default font size is increased from 8 pt to 12 pt for the legend, title block, and state block in the viewport annotation options.
For X–Y plots the default font for axis labels, axis titles, and plot legend titles is now Verdana 12 pt.
The default font for viewport annotations is changed from Arial to Verdana.
The default size of symbols in the viewport is increased from 6 to 12.
